
Aramark Sports + Entertainment, a food and beverage provider in seven National Hockey League (NHL) and National Basketball Association (NBA) arenas, is embarking on a new season of hospitality innovation, offering a variety of services to hockey and basketball fans in the United States and Canada. It offers. Fresh menu creations and culinary collaborations, advances in self-ordering technology and immersive dining experiences.

Self-ordering technology
AI self-checkout: A grab-and-go service model combined with near-contactless checkout devices will get fans back in the game in no time. These technologies will be offered at the new Drink Mkt at Capital One Arena (Section 106) and at multiple Drink Mkt and Walk Thru Bru locations at the Canadian Tire Center, with dedicated walk-in stores and a portable version of the concept being rolled out. . – Marks the first Canadian implementation of this AI-powered checkout technology.
The AT&T Center will also feature an AI self-checkout facility with self-dispensing popcorn machines selling Spurs Pop: Fiesta-inspired kettle corn at two arenas.
Autonomous market: The Drink Mkt brand expands the Capital One Arena with two additional locations to offer automated checkout-free technology (Sections 108, 116).
Digital Age Verification: Once registered with a valid government-issued ID, Spurs fans at the AT&T Center will be able to order cocktails from automated cocktail bars using facial recognition technology. (Section 115)
Mobile ordering: The convenient ability to order and pay for food, drinks and merchandise using a mobile device continues to be a key factor in improving the dining experience for fans on game day. This season, the Wells Fargo Center will implement club-level mobile ordering and delivery to all seats. PPG Paints Arena presents his MoBowl, a gluten-free and customizable rice bowl concept, newly from his dual-chamber, temperature-controlled food locker in his Ford Food Garage in Section 115.
Self-order Kiosk: Touch-to-order kiosks allow guests to customize their checkout interaction, increasing autonomy and speed of service. Fans at the AT&T Center can see a second Fan Favs Express concept (Section 126), but this time featuring self-checkout his kiosk. Capital One Arena will also expand kiosk orders at two locations in the Hall of Faves (Sections 106, 417) featuring popular concession brands, as well as a new Club Level at the Wells Fargo Center. Eat Your Feed (#EatYourFeed) is Aramark Sports + Entertainment’s newest signature menu program that brings fans and foodies together. The 7 featured menu items were popular on social media with trending videos this year. Eat Your Feed gives fans the chance to taste these viral delicacies at your next arena event. These include:
BBQ Sunday (Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse): Choose BBQ chicken or pork layered with mac and cheese and topped with coleslaw, shredded cheddar and jalapenos. (Article 121)
CHEETOS ‘n’ Waffle (Wells Fargo Center): CHEETOS FLAMIN’ HOT Breaded chicken tenders wrapped in buttermilk bubble waffles and topped with buttermilk ranch dressing. (Section 107)
Four Corners Quesadilla (PPG Paints Arena): Flour tortilla stuffed with diced flank steak, lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, guacamole, nacho cheese and mozzarella cheese. (Sections 212 and 218)
Meatball cone (SAP Center): Italian-style meatballs in a marinara sauce with crushed red pepper and mozzarella served in a waffle cone. (Club Level, Section 117)
Ottawa Senators 30th Anniversary Poutine (Canada Tire Center): Russet potatoes topped with gluten-free poutine gravy, St. Albert cheese curds, Cheetos flamin hot, and queso. (Section 224)
Peach Cobbler Tacos (Capital One Arena): Flour tortillas stuffed with homemade peach cobbler, cinnamon sugar and flaky crumbs. (Section 408)
Ranch Pickles (AT&T Center): Crunchy pickle spears soaked in ranch marinade. (Section 105)
